Thank you for visiting and shopping at DadaEarth. We are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently across India.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, shipment may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹499 (visible at checkout).

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to regional lockdowns, weather conditions, or courier issues.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track the order using the link provided or visit the courier partner’s website directly.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major pincodes in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout. DadaEarth is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
